“Gun control is the idea that it’s better to see a woman dead in an alley, strangled
with her own pantyhose, than to see her with a gun in her hand.”—T.D. Melrose

The “Keller Defense”
(The Feature Article)

No, Really!
No, Really!

To whom do I report that my Second Amendment rights
are being obscenely groped and assaulted by the
phonies and four-flushers of the Republican Senate?

The “Keller Defense”
by Mike Blessing
On Monday, 13 November 2017, the Albuquerque Journal ran an article by Journal Staff Writer Martin Salazar titled Board finds Keller violated ethics code—That was the eleventh-hour decision made Monday by the city's Board of Ethics & Campaign Practices, which found that mayoral candidate and state Auditor Tim Keller violated the City Charter’s Elections Code and the Open and Ethical Elections Code.

The Problem with Identity Politics
by Sean Gangol
Not too long after the fiasco at Charlottesville, Christopher Cantwell was arrested for pepper spraying a leftist protestor who was most likely a member of Antifa. At one point, I had been a regular listener of his podcast “Radical Agenda.” The one thing that you could say about Christopher Cantwell, was that he never shied away from controversy, even among his fellow libertarians. He was a man that was never afraid to speak his mind, even when it got him frequently banned from libertarian conferences and various gatherings. It also cost him his job as co-host on the libertarian radio show “Free Talk Live.” He was a guy you either loved or loved to hate. Personally, I enjoyed hearing what he had to say because he actually had the courage to bring up subjects that many libertarians were and still are too afraid to touch.

Abundant Water
by Jim Davidson
About twenty years ago, I began to recognise that the water provided to me in Houston through the tap was not any good. In addition to a large number of known pathogens, there were also various poisons, such as fluoride. A federal government subsidy encourages municipalities to add fluoride to their drinking water so that uranium purification contractors can off-load much of their toxic waste at a profit instead of at a cost.

I Facebooked and Tweeted
by J. Neil Schulman
Words matter. Without clear definition there is no communication, only blather. Even blather has a definition. As authors who respect language we have always resisted the idea that a word can mean anything the speaker or writer wants it to mean, as Humpty Dumpty does in Through the Looking Glass and what Alice found there. The most misused word today is pedophilia.
